For the third straight day of the 2012 NCAA D-III Men’s Golf Championships, Oglethorpe University posted the round of the day on the course they were playing to now extend their tournament lead to 16 strokes.

Fresh off winning their 10th SCAC title, the Oglethorpe men's golf team is prepping for the 2012 NCAA D-III Championships at the Mission Inn Resort in Florida. Following Sunday's practice round, the squad took a break to spend time with members of the Lake County Special Olympics and help sharpen their golf skills.
Perfect 10! Golfers Dust Field, Claim 10th SCAC Title

The men's golf team showed why they carried the No. 2 ranking in the nation this weekend by dusting the field to win their 10th SCAC Men's Golf Championship at the Tunica Resorts in Mississippi. The Petrels led wire-to-wire to take the hardware for the fourth time in five years and earn their 14th trip to the NCAA Championships.
