Vic Maslia joined Oglethorpe's athletics staff in fall 2026 and currently serves as a voice for Stormy Petrel home events on GoPetrels.com.

Maslia started broadcasting during high school, when he called the Galloway School’s men’s and women’s basketball games. After his freshman year at Syracuse University, he broadcasted for the Sunbelt League, a collegiate summer baseball league in Georgia. Following his sophomore year, Maslia called games for the Anchorage Bucs of the Alaska Baseball League. He also served as communications intern for the Leesburg Lightning in the Florida Collegiate Summer League in 2025.

Maslia graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast digital journalism. He enjoys watching sports in his free time and is a huge Atlanta Braves fan.
