Sewanee jumped out to an 8-3 lead, then after Oglethorpe pulled it back to 8-5, the Tigers finished five more points for a 13-5 lead. Oglethorpe did fight back, though. They went on a run to pull to within three, 14-11, and continued pushing to get it down to a two-point margin, 18-16. From there, though, Sewanee went on a 7-1 run to finish the match off, 25-17.
