ATLANTA -- Oglethorpe's men's lacrosse team lost the final game of the Southern Athletic Association season against Berry College this Saturday at a home game on Oglethorpe's turf field. The final score of the game was 18-7.
Only four minutes into the game, Mac Poland scored the first point for Oglethorpe unassisted. There was one other score during the first quarter as Robbie Coull Jr. scored assisted by Israel Pendleton-Moore. Toward the beginning of the second quarter, the Stormy Petrels scored twice in a row. Pendleton-Moore scored assisted by Carsen Van Note. Right after this, Jeremiah James scored assisted by Richard Bedgood IV.
In the fourth quarter, Jazz Washington saw extreme success with three scores, two consecutively. He first scored unassisted, and he was then assisted by Pendleton-Moore. Jazz Washington scored the final point of the game.
