ATLANTA—Twenty-four points from Sheraton Foster and 17 from Anna Conza helped propel the Oglethorpe women's basketball team past Warren Wilson, 102-66, Sunday afternoon in Dorough Field House. The win marked the first time Oglethorpe hit the century mark this season.
Foster's 24 points came on 7-for-11 shooting, and she added six assists and six steals. The game also saw Keimarya Rivera tally her 500th career rebound.
The game was close through the end of the first quarter, but an 8-0 Oglethorpe run toward the start of the second quarter put the Stormy Petrels into a cushion they would hold the rest of the way.
Game Notes
- Rivera was one rebound shy of her fourth double-double of the season, but the nine-rebound count was enough to get her 500 for her career. She entered the game at 494 and now stands at 503. Rivera scored 12 points.
- Anna Conza followed Foster in the scoring column with a career-high tying 17.
- Brooke Herdman, fresh off a double-double in Saturday's win, tallied a career-high 15 points and three assists.
- Elizabeth Luick scored a career-high nine points.
