ATLANTA – Head Coach Alex Richey and the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels are heading to the Southern Athletic Association quarterfinals as the No. 6 seed.

Tournament Schedule

• Oglethorpe will head to Centre for the quarterfinals on Sunday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m.
• The winner will advance to face the winner of second-seeded Berry and seventh-seeded Birmingham Southern.
• The highest remaining seed will host the semifinals and final Saturday-Sunday, Feb. 24-25.

Season Highlights

• Record: 12-13 (4-10 SAA) 
• Oglethorpe recorded a 76-49 season-home opener against Covenant.
• Keimarya Rivera was named SAA Athlete of the Week in late November and late January.
• In early February, Oglethorpe earned a 97-92 win against Sewanee after double overtime.

• Keimarya Rivera leads with 15.1 points per game and 9.0 rebounds per game. She also has 38 assists, 27 steals, and 29 blocks. She boasts a 51.0 field goal percentage.
• Malia Melton follows with 8.9 points and 4.1 rebounds. She is the team leader in assists, totaling 46. Melton also has 18 steals.
• Briley Elder is the team leader for steals, totaling 33. She averages 8.0 points and 3.4 rebounds along with 31 assists. Elder also leads the team in 3-pointers, making 52 of them.
• Jessamy Gaetanos averages 6.7 points and 2.1 rebounds, along with 39 assists and 18 steals.
• Allison Hoffman averages 5.1 points and 3.1 rebounds, alongside 34 assists and 24 steals.
