ATLANTA – After the second home game of Oglethorpe's season, the Stormy Petrels fell 14-6 to the Huntingdon Hawks.
Liam Miller led with three goals followed by Aniedo Udoh with two. Dwayne Taylor also scored, plus he and Udoh each made two assists. Chris McDowell and Joshua Tamarkin both recovered six ground balls. Xay Duax made nine saves.
Miller started off strong with the first goal of the game thanks to an assist from Udoh. The Hawks quickly responded, then took off with four more goals. Oglethorpe continued to fight in the second period, but Huntingdon had already taken a strong lead. The Petrels made their final goals in the third quarter but took the 14-6 loss.
Tillman Washington had four groundballs, and Jax Cuni won seven faceoffs.

The Stormy Petrels will play at Greensboro on Saturday, Feb.15th at noon. The next home game will be Sunday, March 9th at noon against Randolph.
