Dia Clark joined Oglethorpe’s athletics staff as assistant women’s lacrosse coach in fall 2025 after spending 12 years as athletic director, varsity lacrosse coach and PE teacher at Park School of Baltimore.

Prior to Oglethorpe

With Park School of Baltimore, Clark led a comprehensive athletics program at the prestigious independent school, serving over 150 student-athletes across several competitive sport seasons. As director of athletics, he managed several operational components of the department, including the recruitment and hiring of new coaches, building community partnerships to strengthen departmental outreach, planning the budget for the school’s long-term strategic growth, and serving as primary liaison with independent school leagues.

As a varsity lacrosse coach, Clark led the lacrosse program across grades 4-12, emphasizing fundamentals and player IQ. The team posted 78 wins alongside only 24 losses during Clark’s 10 years leading the program as coach and athletic director.

Clark initially joined Park School of Baltimore in 2013 as assistant director of athletics and varsity lacrosse coach before being promoted in 2015 to director of athletics and varsity lacrosse coach.

Prior to Park School of Baltimore, Clark served as athletic communications and promotions intern at LaSalle University in 2010 and public relations intern with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2009.

Education | Personal

Clark earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from Temple University in 2011 before earning his master’s in athletic administration from Northeastern in 2021. He currently resides in Smyrna.
