ROME, Ga.—In the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels' final contest of the regular season, they traveled to Rome, Georgia, to face off against the Vikings of Berry College but lost 15-10.
Savannah Freeman, the freshman midfielder out of Grayson, Georgia, opened up the scoring for Petrels. Junior attack Ally Moir followed with the first of her team-high five goals, closing out the first quarter 4-2. However, two four-goal scoring runs allowed the Vikings to pull away.
Freshman Anna Ramsden followed behind Moir with three goals of her own. The attacker has scored in all but one contest of her freshman campaign. Kendall White added one goal and one assist against the Vikings for two points on the night. Both Ramsden and White finish the regular season at 39 goals.

- Oglethorpe finished 10-5 on the season, 3-3 in the Southern Athletic Association.
- The Petrels rank fourth in SAA standings with a chance to move as high as third pending the remaining SAA games around the league.
- Moir led Oglethorpe with a team-high five goals and two assists for seven points.

The Stormy Petrels look to get back in the win column in the first round of the SAA tournament. The first round is scheduled for Friday, April 21, and Oglethorpe will travel to either Berry or Rhodes for the first two rounds.
