ATLANTA- On Saturday afternoon, the Oglethorpe women's soccer team suffered a 5-0 defeat to Centre in their Southern Athletic Association home opener.
In the 17th minute, Megan Sidaway scored to give Centre the lead. Nine minutes later, Bella Nelson scored to double the lead. The third goal for Centre came from Lily Burchett in the 41st minute. Seven minutes after that, Annabel Justice scored Centre's fourth goal of the match. The final goal for Centre came in the 75th minute from Buckley Sparks.

- Haley Lowell had another tremendous effort and made eight saves.
