The Oglethorpe men's tennis team got their spring season off to an outstanding start Saturday afternoon with a 5-4 victory over the SCAD-Atlanta Bees on the Howell Courts. It served as the first victory in the career of head coach Paul Danielson, and got the Stormy Petrels off to a fantastic start for the fall season.

Junior Elijah Bullock collected the winning point for the Petrels in the final singles match of the afternoon. Senior Zoe Raymond also won his singles match 6-2, 6-2 to help the Petrels to the victory.

They'll next be in action Saturday, Feb. 22, when they welcome Florida National to the Howell Courts at 9 a.m.
