ATLANTA—The Oglethorpe men's tennis team is heading to the Southern Athletic Association tournament this weekend. The Stormy Petrels are the six seed but have a favorable matchup against third-seeded Rhodes after these two teams played a close regular-season matchup.

Tournament Bracket
- Oglethorpe, the six seed, is set to face Rhodes, the three seed, Friday at 10 a.m. ET.
- The tournament will take place at Old Fort Park in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
- If the Stormy Petrels win, they would face Birmingham Southern, the two seed, Saturday at 10 a.m. ET in the semifinals.
- The championship is set for Sunday, April 27, at 10 a.m. ET.
Oglethorpe vs. Rhodes
- Rhodes topped Oglethorpe 6-3 at Downing Howell Tennis Courts in the regular-season meeting, but this came with the help of a 5-0 record in tiebreaks during the dual match.
- Rhodes earned one of the doubles points in a tiebreak, then won all four singles sets that went to breakers once singles got under way. This included two that were at the end of a deciding third set.
- Oglethorpe and Rhodes split the other six matches 3-3.
