ATLANTA - The Southern Athletic Association has released the 2025 all-conference baseball teams, which includes seven Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels.
Cruz had the best batting average in the SAA (.433) and led in hits, fourth for runs, and fifth for on-base percentage (.518). He scored 44 runs, had 66 hits, 25 RBIs, and stole nine bases. He was an SAA athlete of the week this season, and this is his fourth straight all-conference nod.
Pou led the SAA in on-base percentage (.544), ranked third for home runs, second for slugging percentage (.750), eighth for batting average (.393) and RBIs, and sixth for stolen bases. He recorded 37 runs, 43 hits, 10 home runs, 37 RBIs and 15 stolen bases.
Kinnan ranked second in conference for stolen bases with 28 and also ranked 10th for batting average (.381), fifth for hits and ninth for RBIs. He had 61 hits, scored 28 runs.
Corr ranked third in the SAA for batting average (.404), had 35 hits and scored 28 runs.
This was the first SAA award for all three second-team honorees.
Henderson pitched exactly 30 innings and struck out 26 batters, recorded a 6.30 ERA, and had three saves. This is his first all-conference nod.
Krause had 40 hits, scored 25 runs, hit four home runs, had 29 RBIs and stole seven bases. His batting average was .333, slugging percentage was .492 and on-base percentage was .414. This is his second all-SAA award.
Tarantino made 18 hits and had 17 RBIs. He had a .478 slugging percentage and hit three home runs. In the field, he made 57 putouts alongside no errors. This is also Tarantino's second all-conference award.
