The women's soccer team lost to Centre College on Salamone Field on Friday afternoon, 3-0. The Colonels, ranked No. 22 in the nation, controlled the pace en route to the win.

Oglethorpe is now 2-10-1 on the year and will close out the 2011 season with Senior Day Festivities on Salamone Field this Sunday at noon. The Petrels will be celebrating the careers of seven graduating seniors: Alexandria Vassell, Kristen Koch, Sasha Alonzo, Jordan Weaver, Eliza Newland, Kim Overmier and Elvira Hernandez.
