This Friday, the Oglethorpe men's lacrosse team had a disappointing loss against Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.

Carsen Van Note made the first score for the team with only two seconds to spare in the first quarter, making the score 8-1.

Oglethorpe had the most success during the third quarter scoring consecutively. During this quarter alone, Oglethorpe had 12 saves compared to Rhodes' two. Richard Bedgood IV assisted by Jazz Washington scored the second point for Oglethorpe. Right after this, Washington assisted by Max Brand brought the score up to 13-3. The final point of the night for the Petrels was scored unassisted by Jeremiah James. This places the team's total losses for the season at six and the total wins at five.

The next game the Stormy Petrels will play is a road game at Hendrix College on March 27. The next home game will start off the month of April on April 2 against Centre College.
