ATLANTA- Oglethorpe freshman Zeno Goss recorded the fastest time in the Southern Athletic Association in the 800 meters this past weekend at Emory's Thrills in the Hills competition, earning the freshman his third recognition as SAA athlete of the week.

Goss' 1:53.3 finish was also the 13th best time in the NCAA and broke the Oglethorpe outdoor record.

Goss and the rest of the Stormy Petrels will travel to Daytona Beach, Florida, April 3 to compete at Embry-Riddle University.
