ATLANTA- Oglethorpe Head Coach Jon Akin returns at the helm for his 24th season leading the Stormy Petrel men's soccer team.

• Home opener: Friday, Sept. 11, versus Montclair State University
• First SAA game: Wednesday, Sept. 30, versus Belly in Rome, Georgia
• First home SAA game: Sunday, Oct. 4, versus Centre
• SAA Tournament: Nov. 5-8, hosted by Oglethorpe

On the Roster

• The Stormy Petrels welcome Edelis Varela, Aiden Au-Ferris, Alessandro Campos, Nicholas Lulu, Sawyer Lee, Eli Beard, Elliot Wheelhouse, Mason Reagan, Erik Holmen, Stefano Porcelli, Luca Scala, Cooper Arrow, Alex Watson and Nathan Leveque to the team.
• Returning to the Petrels are Sebastian Lewis, Shama Shasha, Lucas Brown, Shawn Litt, Rhys Pollard, Angelo Nkosi, Luke Montes, Gustavo Canas, Ethan Martinez, Nick Krull, Brice Screws, Luca Orsi, Jake Duncan-Smith, Andy Sanchez and Christian Watson.
• Oglethorpe welcomes Ross Finnie to staff as assistant coach, and Robbie Bruce has been promoted to the program's top assistant.
