Brian Davis was heavily involved with men’s basketball team, campus life, and his academics.

In 1994 Davis recorded the first three-pointer of his career to win Oglethorpe’s first ever SCAC championship title in any sport. His nail-biting shot won the game 72-71 in overtime and led to Oglethorpe’s first time hosting an NCAA tournament game. 
Davis was named an All-American and Academic All-American in 1994, as well as the SCAC Player of the Year. He was named to the All-SCAC first team in 1993 and 1994. At graduation, he received the James Edward Oglethorpe award, dubbing him the top all-around member of the class. 

Davis currently holds the Oglethorpe record for career field goal percentage, as well as the top two spots for percentage in a single season (1992-93/ 1993-94). He was the statistical leader for free-throws made in that same time. Davis is also in the top ten for field goals made in program history, recording 460 in his career. He recorded over 1,000 points and over 200 assists in his career. 

Davis was manager of the student newspaper, a member of the OSA Senate, and was president of his junior and senior classes.

Davis has founded and worked in upper management for several different companies and financial firms across the country. He currently runs his own venture firm in New York City.
