Josh Gazaway was an infielder, outfielder, and pitcher on the baseball team and earned his bachelor's in history.

Gazaway holds one of the best single-season hitting averages in Oglethorpe history, recording a .416 in his senior season. He holds the second highest number of career RBIs at 119, and was the 1996 team leader in home runs. With pitching, Gazaway led the team his senior year with 5 wins.

Gazaway was named to the All-SCAC team in 1998 and 1999. He was also an All-SCAC academic honoree in 1999.
