Diane Dubay was a team captain and key player on the volleyball team, on top of being heavily involved around campus.

The 1986 volleyball team recorded a 10-2 overall record and a 9-0 district record. The team placed 2nd in the district tournament. 

Dubay was a member of Alpha Chi Sorority, Phi Beta Lambda honor society, Alphi Phi Omega Fraternity, the Food Committee, the Executive round Table, the Christian Fellowship, Women’s Dorm Council, University Singers, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Omicron Delta Kappa, the Stormy petrel Newspaper, and the club softball team.
