Larry Broadnax was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team during one of the program’s biggest eras of growth and success. He graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration.

He was a leader of the 1979-80 team that posted a 23-7 season, the second most wins in OU history. Broadnax and his team were GIAC Tournament Champions and were the top ranked team in the NAIA District 25. That team has since been inducted into the Oglethorpe athletics hall of fame.

Broadnax currently serves as Senior Vice President, Property Facultative Leader for the BMS Group.
