Willie Sheats is one of the highest scoring players in Oglethorpe basketball history. 
 
Sheats holds the program record for rebounding at 908, and second place for scoring with 1,684 points.  
 
He was a member of the famed 1968-69 basketball team that made it to the NCAA quarterfinals.
