Kulick graduated with a Bachelor of Science cum Laude in business administration in 2015, and later earned an MBA from St. Leo University.
During his team on the team, Kulick was named to the D3baseball.com All-South Region Third Team (2014), the American Baseball Coaches of America (ABCA) All-South Region Third Team (2014), and was a two-time All-Conference selection (2014: second team, 2015: honorable mention). Kulick led the 2014 Petrels in batting average (.364), home runs (7), hits (56), RBI's (33), doubles (16), runs (37) and on-base percentage (.424), as well as saves (4). In 2015 he was the team leader for runs with eight, and RBIs with 30.
Kulick also cemented himself in Oglethorpe's record books, currently ranking fourth for doubles in a single season with 16 in 2014. He also ranks sixth for career home runs at 15.
Kulick returned home to Coral Springs, Florida, in 2019 where he worked at USI Electronics as a product manager. He passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 28 after complications with Acute Leukemia.
